2. Strategic focus
We are focused on the regions that are unreached, former Christian colonies that need a revitalization of the Kingdom or the potential Christian that can be motivated to reach the above two. We believe that we are accountable to God and one another as stewards of the resources with which we have been entrusted. Therefore, we will seek to conduct our ministry with a spirit of excellence in accordance with Biblical principles. 2 Cor. 4:7 (NKJ)

6. Servant leadership style
We believe that true and effective leadership is to serve and empower others to accomplish targeted goals, as we collaborate with leaders, networks of prayer and organizations. Mark 10:45 (NAS); Acts 26:16b (NIV)
7. Stewardship
We are committed to the best possible stewardship of resources, means, vision, time, and all that has been committed to us, either from the Lord or from His people. We tirelessly keep finding the means and ways to ensure every single penny and the smallest asset gets used for maximum output.

We endeavor to invest our time and all to harvest eternal results. This emphasis keeps us from wasting input on the things that have temporal results.
9. Spiritual Warfare
We strongly hold to the fact that missions are primarily about spiritual warfare as mentioned by Jesus and Paul in Eph 6:12-18.
10. Fivefold Ministry
The concept of the fivefold ministry gifts as a mechanism provided by the Holy Spirit for powerful and effective ministry either in the mission, church, or any area of kingdom establishment. Eph 4:11

We endeavor to be respectful to the indigenous and do not believe there is any need to change it except in the areas of practicing sin. 1 Cor. 9:22-23 (NIV)

We seek to anchor all that we do in authentic loving relationships, in this way demonstrating the Kingdom of God. John 13:35 (NKJ)
12. Catalytic prayer
We believe that strategically focused prayer is the catalyst for transforming lives, people, and cultures into the image of Jesus Christ and that those transformed will in turn disciple others. Acts 26:17b-18 (NKJ); Romans 12:2 (NKJ)
